Ticket Prices
Adults - £16.00 per person
Family £50.00 per family (2 adults & 2 children)
Concessions £14.00 per person
Groups £12.00 per person (10 or more people)
Corporate hospitality packages are also available.
Please Note: The play is generally suitable for all ages although the scourging and crucifixion scenes will be disturbing for very young children.
Booking Tickets
IN PERSON
At The Lamproom Theatre Box Office between 10.00 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. Monday to Saturday.
BY TELEPHONE
By telephoning 01226 321741 between 10.00 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. Monday to Saturday. If you wish to book outside of these hours please telephone the same number and leave a message, someone will return your call during office hours.
BY E-MAIL
Send an e-mail to tickets@englishmysteryplays.com giving the date you wish to book for and the number of tickets you wish to book. Please provide a contact telephone number in order that we can telephone you during Box Office hours to confirm your booking.
BY POST
Forward a cheque, payable to The English Mystery Plays to The Lamproom Theatre, Westgate, Barnsley, South Yorkshire, S70 2DX, along with a note of your requirements. If you wish us to post your tickets out to you please enclose a stamped addressed envelope with your order.
HOW TO PAY
We accept cash, cheques, and most credit/debit cards. There is a £1.00 booking fee for all debit or credit card transactions.
If you wish to pay by telephone using a credit or debit card your tickets will be held at The Lamproom Theatre Box Office for collection at your convenience.
REFUND POLICY
Once a booking has been made and paid for, refunds are not permitted. However, if you wish to exchange tickets for another performance this can be arranged subject to availability.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Both the seating and the stage are completely uncovered. We will make every effort to complete the performance and reserve the right to stop and start the action as necessary. Performances will not be cancelled or abandoned before the advertised starting time and then only in the event of very bad weather. If cancellation or abandonment is unavoidable, ticket holders will be entitled to equivalent seats for any other performance throughout the run (subject to availability.) Refunds are not given for cancellation or abandonment as a result of the weather if the show is past the interval.
